Build 6615; can't approach back-ups via the program

Thread needs solution

After having made a back-up, this back-up is not mentioned on a list in the left pane in the back-up screen.
If you want to get back lost files you can't do this via the program, because a list of back-ups doesn't exist, but you must use Windows Explorer instead (copy and paste )
Windows 10 -upgraded from Windows 7.1 Home Premium 64-bits

For some reason, ATI believes that the backup has not been executed. To fix this:
- delete the backup task from ATI,
- shutdown ATI
- delete the database folder under C:\ProgramData\Acronis\TrueImageHome\
- restart ATI
- create a new backup pointing at an empty directory.
