Build 7046 will not backup Outlook 2010 x64

Thread needs solution

When attempting to create or edit an email backup True Image Home crashes and gives the error shown in the attached screen shot.
Windows 7 x64
Microsoft Outlook 2010 x64
True Image Home 2010 Build 7046
Once crashed True Image will not start until the machine is rebooted.

I have tried repairing and reinstalling True Image, but no change. My only conclusion is that True Image 2010 won't work with Outlook 2010 x64.

The error message states, among other things, "Please contact the application's support team for more information", but how can I do that if I have to pay per incident for support?

Let me shed some light on your concern.

Indeed, Microsoft Outlook 2010 is not supported yet. Currently Acronis True Image Home 2010 supports only Microsoft Outlook 2000, 2002, 2003, 2007, Microsoft Outlook Express and Windows Mail.

We'll surely implement the support for this software in future versions/builds of Acronis True Image.

Is there any time frame when we can expect the Outlook 2010 support? This is an urgent issue for me.
