Can Acronis do this; yes or no?

I have a dell desktop running Windows 7 64-bit. I have a complete Acronis backup of my drive C: on a USB-IOMEGA external hard disk. I use Oracle VM Virtual Box Manger to create a Windows 7-64 bit machine. Next, I start the machine with the Acronis rescue disk in the DVD drive. The Acronis loader starts and I get to the Acronis screen then select Recovery. At this point, it sees my IOMEGA as drive C:. I can select my backup (.tib) file. I check the box for use Acronis Universal Restore. On the step for "Settings of Partion" - I don't have any option for where to restore to...other than drive C: - which is invalid.

If Acronis cannot do this...please just say so and I can save some hours. If it can do this, please tell me where I am going wrong.
