Can' Activate Product At All
Mon 10/18/10 and now it's Fri 10/29/10 w/no response as of yet ---- Please see below:
I get the "Failed to Run the Task Error Msg", Event code: 0x00000067. When I look up that code the knowledge database help takes me down the path of checking/fixing my credentials and seems to ASSUME, by the screen shots that are displayed, that I'm working with activated software or can activate the software to address the "credential problem". My problem is more basic than that -- I can’t activate the software at all and my hardrive is making grinding noises!! Very frustrating especially when I'm being given the option to pay $9.95 to talk to support for the product not working and searching on my error message and around the knowledge base is proving fruitless!!
