Can Aronis clone laptop drives to be stored on a QNAP NAS?

Thread needs solution

Hello,

I have 2 laptops that I want to clone.  I have Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office Premium and I have a QNAP TS932 PX NAS enclosure w/2 x 16TB Seagate Ironwolf HDDs.  I want to clone the two laptops with the storage destination being the NAS, can the current version of the Acronis that I have clone the HDDs to be stored on the NAS?

Thank you,

Alisa

Alisa, sorry but you misunderstand what cloning is and how it works.  You cannot clone a laptop drive to a NAS drive without completely wiping out the target NAS drive in the process!

Please read the linked document in my signature that describes the differences between using Backup and Cloning.

You can Backup your laptop drives and store the backup image on your NAS.
