Can a backed up file or folder be Identified to allow it to be deleted

Thread needs solution

I am using Win 7 and ATI version 11 build 8053. This is not the fault of ATI but the user's fault. I did a complete backup without thinking about an error that kept me from booting windows without a long work around. ATI did it's job but I failed to think of that error when I ran the full backup. (Yes, ATI included the bad file in the backup) My question is: can ATI identify that particular file/folder and allow it to be deleted from the backup? The wording of the error message is as follows:
C:\Program Data\Hewlett-Packard\HPUpdater\eHelpInstall OEM\Misc. All input from any of you will be greatly appreciated.

Hello,

Thank you for posting your question, I will be happy to help. Please accept our apologies for the delay with the response.

To delete the undesired file from the backup file please mount the partition in the read-write mode.

Launch the Mount Image Wizard by selecting Operations -> Mount Image in the main program menu or by right-clicking on an image archive and selecting Mount in the Windows Explorer's context menu,
select the archive from the drives tree. Select a partition to mount as a virtual disk. Follow the Wizard's steps and select the Read/Write mode.

After the image is connected, the program will run Windows Explorer, showing its contents. Now you can work with files or folders as if they were located on a real disk, and you are able to remove the undesired folder.

Please note that Windows 7 is not supported by Acronis True Image 11 Home officially. You may want to upgrade to Acronis True Image Home 2010. Acronis True Image Home 2010 is compatible with Windows 7.

I may recommend you to install a trial version of Acronis True Image Home 2010 available here in order to make sure that the program runs flawless for you.
