Can Files or folders be removed from a Tib after the backup process completes

I have a very large backup of over 500GB. I would like to remove some of the data files I didnt intend to backup that are taking about 200GB of uneeded space. My drive is external and gets very hot and I want to preserve the original backup without having to do another 8hr backup session. Is it possible to remove data from a Tib backup archieve after its been created? Any help would be much appreciated.

I have tried to do the same but the only options available are Open and Copy.
There is no delete option (or rename, cut etc.) It is possible to exclude folders & files before starting the backup but you have to insert the whole path to the folder/file and that is a pain.
I have asked Acronis more than once to supply a file browser to make it easy to select folders/files for exclusion which they seem to think it is a good idea but this has not been added.
