Can I change the password for One-Click Backup
I purchased ATIH 2010 two days ago (2/28). I installed everything successfully and got no errors. I tried the One-Click Backup using the desktop icon and got an internal error (Tag = 0x0). From viewing the forums, this feature appears to be broken out of the box! After much searching on the internet it seems the answer is to initiate a backup using the One-Click option from the Tools & Utilities. When I do this I eventually get asked for a password with the user credentials. I don't remember the password. Can I change this password and get the One-Click option to work? I tried editing the backup schedule hoping I could enter a new password, But NO! After two days, I'm getting one step away from uninstalling this POS, getting my money back, and purchasing Norton Ghost. When installing I thought it indicated I would get 30 days of free technical support. It seems now that the only way is to purchase support. Can someone tell me how to change this stupid password short of having to uninstall and reinstall the whole application?
