Can I copy FAT32 TIB files to NTFS drive?

I copied several FAT32 TIB files to a new NTFS external hard drive. None of them validate. Could there be a problem in just copying a backup set from a FAT32 filesystem to NTFS?

I answered my own question. FAT32 tib files can be successfully copied to NTFS. There must be another reason for the large number of invalid backup files I have.
