Can I delete some of my 70 gb of time explorer storage files on the backup drive?

I have run out of space on my external hard drive and need to open up some space. I found 70 gb of Time explorer files with various dates however all file are the same size. Can I delete some of these?

I do not use the non stop backup part of TI but I think these files are part of it. So it is up to yourself to manage them.
