Can I reinstall True Image Home 2013 on a new computer?

My old PC died the other day and I am trying to install my old software on a new PC.

My question is whether I can re-install True Image Home 2013 (originally purchased as a download in July 2013 via Cleverbridge) on the new PC and re-activate it with the original serial number, or do I need to re-purchase True Image from scratch?

I would prefer the option of re-installation and re-activation as the older version fitted my needs just fine.
