Can i restore the master image to another workstation or server

hi guys,
Let me tell u the exact situation in what I am. I need to install the 50 workstation(all are of same hardware) with windows 7 pro and and drivers and some basic software. If go one by one it will took about 3-4 days to ready I have to install the drivers and software 50 times. so it is possible to create the master image of 1 pc and restore it in other 49. will it work. I tried the Norton ghost software to create the image of partition and restore it but it doesn't work. although image restored successfully but it doesn't boot. so is it possible by acronis true image. if yes what tool should I use for it....plz help ...and sorry for the bad English coz English is not my native language.....
