Can I use True Image to restore an image made by EaseUS?

I recently bought True Image Home. Unfortunately, before I got a chance to install the software and run it, the laptop died. I was only able to restore it to its original configuration.
I was not able to use the EaseUS boot disk because it did not recognize my external drive that had the image.

Welcome to our Forum, we're glad to greet you here. I'm sorry for your machine crashed.

Unfortunately, Acronis True Image Home won't be able to help you here: our software can restore the backups made by it only (these files go with the *.tib extension).

I would advise you to contact EaseUS support regarding the problem. Our support usually provides a customized boot disk in such situations, so probably they have a similar procedure.
