Can I write a script or batch file to delete backup files older that 45 days?
Thread needs solution
I use Acronis True Image Home to do a full backup every 30 days, and incremental backups daily. The consolidation feature has NEVER worked write in any version of the program I've used (11, 2009, 2010) - it seems to go on "consolidating" for hours and hours until it is stopped. I'd like to delete backup files older than 45 days after the successful completion of a backup. This was possible in version 11, but I see no way to do it in 2010. Can this be done in a script or some other way, so that I can keep the maximum number of backups without filling up the hard drive?
Thanks!
