Can TI 2015 groom incrementals yet keep fulls in custom scheme

I have an incremental daily scheme that says create full after every 6 backups and a grooming rule that says keep last 3 . What I see is a full backup every sun + incrementals the rest of the week going back three weeks.

I only want incremental going back seven days. Past that, only keep the full backup on sun and then only keep 4 fulls.

The intent is to be able to have a full backup once a week on Sunday plus incremental going back last 7 days.

Im not sure this is possible with built-in limited grooming options.

Can this be done with 2 jobs running in parallel? Like full backup weekly on Sun retaining last 4 and separate incremental job with full every 6 keeping only 1 chain?
