I was about to buy/download the 2014 TI update. On the purchase page, it shows a price of $19.99 in US dollars. That would work out to be around $22 in Cdn dollars at the current exchange rate.
The page allowed me to select Cdn dollars as the currency of purchase, so I selected Cdn dollars. The price was raised by over 50% to over $30!
I opened a chat session and asked if I could purchase from Canada, using the US dollar option and I was told that I could.
I don't know how many non-US purchasers there are on this forum, but I wanted to let Canadians in particular know that Acronis will try to cheat you by a large margin if you select to buy in Cdn dollars, and that you can simply buy in US dollars to save money.
Or, simply buy a back up app from a company that cares about Canadian business.
