Cannot access the Certification server

Thread needs solution

 

When I attempt to login to Acronis Cloud services, I get a "Certification Server not available". I have signed up for the trial period a half an hour ago. I can access the Acronis website reliably. Also, my platform is a Mac Mini running Yosemite. I am using the latest verion of Acronis TrueImage.

Here is an additional question. I have 250 GB to back up to the cloud. Can Acronis send me a backup disk that I can use and send back? This would speed up the initial backup.

Hi Robert,

can you please clarify which program version you are using and attach a screenshot of the error message?

As for the sending initial backup on the hard disk, this option is not available in home product, but you might want to switch to Acronis Backup to Cloud: https://kb.acronis.com/content/14076 or Acronis Backup Service: https://kb.acronis.com/content/56172
