Cannot access Operations on Acronis Cloud backup

Thread needs solution

I use Win 7 system. My Acronis 2015 image version is 6525. The Cloud backups are performing automatically and daily with no problem. However, the cloud backup access circle keeps spinning and I cannot access OPERATIONS: edit settings, validate, open location etc. This has been hanging and happening now for several days. All my OPERATIONS in backups to my external hard drives can be accessed OK.
