Cannot activate TI Home 2014

Thread needs solution

Hi
I transferred my boot drive with Windows 7, 64bit OS and TI 2014 to a new PC. The PC is running fine but I am being asked to activate TI 2014 and cannot do that. I also get re-sync messages. I'm going around in circles. I've read the FAQs but they have not helped.
Can anyone help me out please?

So you performed the steps in the video and your product still wouldn't activate? That is odd. I just created a similar test scenario and it worked perfectly.

You can contact Acronis support with the link below. Select Customer care in the first drop down menu and then select Product Activation Issues in the next drop down menu to activate the Live Chat and Email options.
