Cannot add backup to the list

I'm using Acronis 2014 premium.

I want to add an existing backup on an external drive to my list. When I browse in Acronis for the backup, I do see it on the external drive. This is an incremental backup and I’m not sure which item I should select in the listing of the original and incremental backups on the right column of the screen. I have tried selecting only the full backup and I have also tried selecting all of the increments on that screen. I don’t see anywhere in the instructions for program use that this is addressed. When I do select, for example, the full backup and select “add to list” nothing happens. I get no error message and the backup does not appear in the list. How can I resolve this problem?

Select all the files in the b1 chain as one group and then use the Add to disk option.

There appears to have been some issue on Nov 15. Did you perform a restore?

You mgiht want to look at the Nov 15 log file.
