cannot change configuration

Hello.
I have two troubles about True Image 2015.
Some people lend me tips or sloved links, please.

My PC is Windows8.1 Japanese version 64bit.
I want to backup C-Drive and D to USB Hard Drive.
USB Hard drive can save more than 10 full backup images.

I use True Image with setting increment backup and almost defaut options.
I tryed many time to change backup options and Press OK ? or Save?(not English version) Button.
But when I check backup option, the configure returned default setting, at all times.

And all of old version chains remain untll USB Hard Drive is full.
More than deault day to delete version chains.
