Cannot clone to proper destination drive

Thread needs solution

I have purchase True Image 2012 with the plus pack. I am running windows 7 64 bit. My primary drive is an SSD drive. I want to clone this drive onto one of my internal SATA drives. If I attempt from the windows environment, I can select the correct destination drive and start the process. I get a message " calculating time" and then message must reboot. The computer reboots into Acronis Loader where I get a blank blue screen with a cursor. After about a minute it reboots into windows.

If i try to clone from the bootable recovery cd, It loads properly but it only shows one of my two internal SATA drives, the wrong one! It shows the source disk and only one of the other two SATA's. Any help would be appreciated.

Solved. Have to use the " add a disk" option in order for the cloning to work. Even though the disk showed up in the windows TI 12, still had to use acronis's add disk. It would be nice if they gave proper instructions on using the software!

The "add disk" option is located in both the user created TrueImage Recovery CD plus the Windows Installed True Image version under the Tools/ Utilities section.
