cannot connect to online backup server

Thread needs solution

I use True Image Home 2011.
3 day ago i want to try online backup and got a 1 month subscription before to buy the service.
I backupped a folder (about 1.8 Gb) and all worked fine.
Since the day after i was no more able to run the application. It's impossible to connect to the server.
this is the error message:

Then i tried the recovery service from the online backup web page but always i get the same message:

the server storage-eu.acronis.com does not answer.

Is the server off-line ?

so i have done what Ilya suggests. I have deleted client.crt.
Online Backup now trys to connect to the certification server but this doesnt answer:
