Cannot Find Version 2 - Mounting an Image
I am trying to mount an image made in 2012.
When I select the last file 'Local Disk (C)35 I recieve the error "Cannot Find Version 2"
A search on these formus/google has turned up nothing.
When I try and mount 'Local Disk (C)' it appers to proceed - it confrims the drive letter - and then errors with "Cannot assign a drive letter to a partition from the backup archieve"
I am unsure if the issue is missing incremental backups - looking throught the "My Backups" folder on the USB drive has the following files;
Local Disk (C)
Local Disk (C)21
Local Disk (C)22
Sequental Numbers to
Local Disk (C)35
Any help would be appreciated.
If it is due to the missing files, is there any way to open the file and retreive what is in them?
Thanks

Hotair,
What happens if you validate the archive?
Are those the actual image names as they are not in 2013 format if they are?

Hotair,
You are learning why it is not a good practice to have too many incremental backups because if any are missing or corrupt, all newer backups (from the bad one of no value).
Also try pointing the Program to some of full and see if that helps.
Normally, you might expect to have a
Local Disk (C)2
At some point, you will probably need to create a new starting point.
Set your task up something like example 11-inc in the link below.
Point to a new storage sub-folder so the new folder is not a mix of other backups.
