Cannot Initialize Archive Backup Explorer
I have taken a full disk backup of a drive from another machine on my computer with ATI 2015 installed.
The backup runs OK and I can see the image.
The 'Restore Files' within ATI works OK but when I try to mount the image I get the attached error.
I am prepared to uninstall/reinstall the product but it is not shown in my account (it was an upgrade) therefore I can't download the offline installer.
My questions are;
- Where can I get the offlline installer for ATI 2015 Build 6613?
- There does not appear to be a utility to backup my current job settings and configurations - would I loose these should I go ahead with the reinstall?
Thank you

Thanks for the answer but I am afraid I forgot to mention that when I enter the registration code, it tells me that it is already registered, which it isn't!
Please accept my apologies for that oversight.
So - I can't get to the installer download because the 2015 version isn't in there.
If and when I get this though, how do I backup my job settings?
What to do next?
Thank you

Only the Acronis people can resolve any issues with registration.
Your backup settings are mostly stored in the C:\ProgramData\Acronis\TrueImageHome\Scripts folder which you can take a copy of and restore later if needed - this folder isn't normally removed when reinstalling the program.

Again thank you but I tried this and the Chat, Email and Call options are all greyed out - what is the support email address please?

Snowy,
Try going to http://www.acronis.com/en-gb/support/contact-us.html then in step 1 select Presales / licensing issues and Other, then scroll down the page, and click on the option to Chat Now in the Live Chat column, which should get you talking to someone from the Acronis Customer Central team.
