Cannot insert License Key for registration purposes in online account of Acronis

Hi there...

in order to get support for my Acronis True Image 2015 I wanted to insert the registration number into my account and thus register my ATI 2015 that I have bought last year. However, the number is not accepted. 

 

How can I contact the support then in order to ask my actual question to a backup issue?
