Cannot install ATI 2012 or ATI 11 - Installatin is interrupted

Thread needs solution

I have been trying for almost 8 hours now to get ATI11 and ATI 2012 installed on a machine that has XP SP3 and has had multiple past ATI versions installed on it. All of the past version have been "uninstalled", Windows Install Cleanup Utility run .as well as I have done all the "fixes" I can find (including reversing GUID numbers and deleting registry data) . I am still unable to succeed and have become very frustrated with the poor uninstall capability of Acronis products.

The log files for both ATI 11 and ATI 2012 are attached. I would greatly appreciate help getting the later versions installed!

Thanks

I would first suggest you download and the run the 2011,2012, and 2013 cleanup utility found here: http://forum.acronis.com/system/files/content/2012/08/34876/atih_cleanu… with instructions found here: http://kb.acronis.com/content/34876. Be sure to check the registry entries noted, before allowing the cleanup utility to reboot your system.

You can also try extracting (and then running) the .msi installer from the main 2012 installation program by right clicking on the Install button after starting 2012 installation program, and choosing to extract the .msi installation file.

Thank you... I really appreciate this help! The cleanup utility and registry cleaning totally worked.
