Cannot install upgrade
I am running TI 2013 build 5551 with Plus Pack which I bought as an upgrade from TI 2011 on a Win 7 64-bit system.
On running the installer for the latest upgrade to TI 2013, I get the error message "Cannot remove the following components, because they were installed for the current user only: Acronis True Image Home 2011 (version 14.0.6868). Please uninstall then manually and try again."
I notice in the list of programs I have installed, TI 2011 is listed as well as TI 2013 and TI 2013 Plus Pack. Why TI 2011 is still there since I upgraded from it I don't know, but if I uninstall it will I then be able to apply the upgrade, or will I be left with a version of TI 2013 that doesn't work?
Why should an installer not run if a program is installed 'for the current user only'? I am the only user on my machine.

Thanks for a very helpful reply. I have a question about serial numbers. Since I upgraded from ATI 2011 to 2013, will I need my serial number for ATI 2011 on hand as well as that for 2013? And ... what are the bugs introduced in the latest build and how soon can one expect a new one?

The latest build is 6514.
You will need to have both serial numbers to hand when you reinstall a TI upgrade copy after a complete uninstall.
