Cannot locate files or folders selected for backup

Attempting to backup files off a networked NAS to Acronis Cloud. Was working fine until yesterday. Now when job runs, it shows that it is connected to cloud, then halts. No error message number displayed, but the error message is "Cannot locate files or folders selected for the backup."

There are no know issues or changes with user access. The folders on the NAS included in the job are accessible in the selection process for the job without error. I have tried using mapped drives along with network access - both methods fail. Have attempted this on two different PC's - same result.

What am I doing wrong?

Hmmm...has started to work again. Could it be connectivity with the Acronis Cloud site? I would not think so given the text of the error message but I am very confused! Anyone else having this type of error message?
