Cannot reactivate my Acronis Tru Image 2013 on new computer with Windows 7

Thread needs solution

My computer was just changed for a new one and I cannot activate my Acronis True Image 2013 on the new computer. I get the error message "You do not have enough priviledges to get full functionality". What is the problem?

Could you please provide some additional information regarding the issue ?

A Screenshot a the error message would be perfect as it will help me to have a better understanding of the all situation.

As a first step, I would recommand you to run the install process under administrator right. To do so, please right click on the installation file and select run as administrator. This operation will grant you the Administrator rights which are mandatory to run the installation successfully.
