Cannot recover files

Thread needs solution

I am tring to do a file recovery (complete Eudora directory) of an old Acronis backup I found. I've tried restoring the complete backup to a remote location as well as the just the Eudora directory . I get an error stating Failed to Open (Initialize) the computer. Failed to inititalize the snapshot manager library (0X10005) Tag=0x8D5BF67C202E8759  Unknown Status (0X9) CODE=522), $module=0) Tag= 0x22ACB7B2AB852AC A required privilege is not held by the client (0XFFFO) code 80070522) Tag=0xBD28FDBD64EDB8C3  These numbers may or may NOT be correct. I can't print or capture the screen. i am usibf Acronis True Image 15 on Windows 7 Pro. That was the os when the backup was made, howver I don't believe I used True image 15 as the file date is 11 of 2013
