Cannot reinstall licensed version of TrueImage 2015

Thread needs solution

My licensed version of TrueImage 2015 for PC suddenly stopped working and decided it needed activation.

Activate Now button did not work.

Uninstall and re-install of fresh copy from Acronis (AcronisTrueImage2015_6613_en-EU.exe) exhibited same behavior.

System details: Windows 10, Kaspersky Antivirus, all windows updates applied.

Henry, please see KB article https://kb.acronis.com/content/45522 which suggests some methods of activating.

Do you get any error messages shown - a screen shot would be helpful if so.

Have you tried running the Acronis Cleanup tool before reinstalling?  Link in signature below.

Are there any relevant messages in the Acronis Logs (in C:\ProgramData\Acronis\TrueImageHome\Logs)?

Took two attempts, but achieved correct installation on second try. Used cleanup tool before each attempt.

Installation from Dropbox failed when setup couldn't find some file it thought was relevant. Logs were generated, but not informative to untrained user.

Downloaded new copy to local downloads folder, performed cleanup, and everything is back working.
