My New Disk is 2000 Go

I ve an old computer so i cant place both disks in the same time , So i placed the new Disk and boot with Acronis Cd...

it detects my New disk as Disk 0 with 1850 go free..

Then , this is the problem , i select Restore ....

1st Acronis Found the Disk to restore
2nd I choose : Restore all disks and partitiond

3rd I choose NTFS C: 465,8go , NTFS D: 465,7 go MBR and Track 0
NTFS ( Syystem Reserved) (100 Mb)

then Restore Partition 1-1 : Free space before :1 MO
Partition Size : 100 MO
Free Space After : 1,879 TO
:
I choose NEXT ...

Then Restore Partition C: Free Space Before: 0 Mo
Partition Size : 465,8 Go
Free Space After : 1,364 Go

i choose Next , And this is the error : There is Probably not Enough Space in the partition to Start your System After Restore.....

Nothing obvious from your procedures.

Retry again booting from the CD. This time use the "Add new disk" option.
This will remove the prior install and initialize as MBR and all unallocated space.

When you get to the selectioin screen of what is to be restored,
checkmark the box beside the disk.
which should cause all partitions to become checked.
What happens next will depend upon whether your backup was a parition backup or a disk backup.

Review link 3 below and look at items #2 first and but also look at item #1.

Your prior proceudre sounds like it was the same as my #1 but you can review.
Hopefully by checkmarking the disk, it will get you going correctly.
If you need to change the partition size, that can be done later after you get everything booting correctly.
