Cannot see my datas on Online Storage

Thread needs solution

Dear Acronis Support,

I can log in to the Online Storage with my user/password and encryption key combination but I cannot find my backed up online datas.

I can see the name of my backed up computer (attached file) and "current subscription status", but when I click on my backup line I don't see my data tree.

Do you have any advice?

Hi Anton,

I have solved the problem.
I deleted all of my Online Storage data through True Image Home and started the backup process again. Now works like a charm...
