Cannot transfer license

Thread needs solution

I have 3 licenses bought for this product. I want to transfer the license to new machine that has internet connection but is behind firewall and does not allow to connect to license server. How can I transfer license as I cannot login to transfer license within the product. I have some dead PCs that I can transfer the license from. This is the worst mechanism they have to transfer the license. Why cant they put the machine name that we can deactivate in the account itself.

Can you confirm which version of ATI you are talking about here please?  Is it ATI 2015 per this forum or a different version?
