Just how do you delete/remove this software?

Have waited hours while it says it is being removed and still will not un-install, have used the Acronis untility but all this does is messes up the registry and the only way to get my computer running is to carry out a recovery.

Wish I had saved my money, to late now though?

Anyone out there know how to carry out what should be a simple task.

Best way to get this off the system is to do a System Restore back prior to the installation. If you have Win7 you can type System Restore at the search line.
