Cannot upgrade to 2015
Thread needs solution
I purchased my upgrade to TI 2015 and downloaded and ran the install. It comes up with error message
Cannot remove following components because were installed for current user only.
Acronis True Image Home 2012 (v 15.0.7133) please uninstall manually.
I am upgrading from TI 2014 and I am the only user on this PC.
There is no trace of 2012 version. I found a command to put in to delete but it showed no program present.
I have no idea what to do to install TI 2015. AS now TI 2014 has been deleted.
Any help gratefully received.
