Can't access clould backups or sync folder with IOS app version 3.0.1

Thread needs solution

I recently upgraded my account from True Image 2015 with Unlimited Cloud to True Image2016 Cloud. The upgrade on my desktop appears to work OK. I am able to access my local and cloud backups from the dekstop.

As part of the upgrade I had to upgrade my True Image IOS app from version 2.1 to True Image Cloud IOS version 3.0.1. The new app installed and let me login/connect to my clould account. I could then use the app to backup my Iphone.

But using the new version of the app I can no longer access any of my other clould backup files nor can I access the cloud sync folder (I may not know where to access them in the new app).

I use the Access and Recovery option from the menu in the new app but the only thing that shows from my cloud is the backup from this mobile device.

If I go back to my desktop and log into the new dashboard via the browser I can see the backups from my desktop and my mobile. But this certainly defeats the purpose of using the cloud to make files accessible from all devices.

Is this the expected behavior of the new app version or am I missing how to access my clould files?

Thanks - Bob
