Cant Activate Startup Recovery Manager(Using dual OS : WinXp & Ubuntu 9.10)

Thread needs solution

Dear.

I'm using Acronis True Image Home 2010 13 Build 6053, on my PC with dual OS.
First time, when I'm using OS Ubuntu 9.04 & WinXp SP2, I can Activate Startup Recovery Manager successfully, but when I use Ubuntu 9.10 & WindowXP, I activate Startup Recovery Manager always fail.

I always see : Failed to Activate Acronis Startup Recovery Manager when press Activate of Activate Startup Recovery Manager function.

Please help me use Startup Recovery function with dual OS like that.

Im sorry, my english is not good.
