Can't boot from ATI 2013 CD

I have ATI 2013 6514 with the plus pack, and have tried various ways to boot from and acronis CD or USB, but either it won't boot, or with the Linux based CD image I downloaded from the Acronis website, I select this option (( http://www.acronis.com/support/documentation/ATIH2012/17094.png )) but get a blank screen after a blue loading screen. The monitor is on, and it just sits there forever, being blank.

I have also tried to build a WinPe disk, but that doesn't seem to work either. I have secure boot disabled as far as I can tell, as I use Win 7 64 Ultimate as my OS, and [UEFI and Legacy] is selected in the bios. I have tried legacy only, with no luck either.

Does anyone have any solutions? I am near my wits end, digging through forum posts and creating .iso's and burning CD's that still won't boot into Acronis for me.
