Can't clone hard drive to unallocated hard disk

Ok my friend asked me to copy my hard drive files on his hard drive but it when I try to clone the disk like I always do in the internet cafe, it won't let me continue. It says something like unallocated / unsupported hard drive or somthing. Write now I'm using Acronis Drivescleaner to my friend's hard drive but I don't know If im doing right O_o

I just want to clone my hard drive files to his.
