Can't create scheduled System backup. Loses network? (TI 2010)

Hi,
I can successfully run unscheduled backups for My Files and Email, but whenever I attempt to run a full system backup, Acronis fails at about the 50% point with the following error:
The operation was interrupted due to a problem with network connection to the required file. Attempting to ping for 2 seconds.
This error will be repeated forever, until I cancel the operation.
While this condition exists, I can ping the network resource (Netgear Ready NAS Duo), explore the drive with Windows Explorer, and even use the 'Browse' function to try to reestablish the link to the drive.
I've tried everything I can find here in the forums, but I still can't get a full system backup to work.
Any ideas?
