Can't find the correct file version in Recover Files

I drill down to the file I want. But the date of the file shown is not the most recent file date. And the Backup Version drop down does not list all the versions. All the backups done in June are not there. It shows the May 24 date, which was the last FULL backup. The file HAS been changed since then. This is an incremental backup scheme. Done weekly.
