Can't Find NonStop Backup in Browse for backup

Thread needs solution

I am trying to Browse for an existing nonstop backup that I have from one computer and restore it to another. In 2012 I was able to add this backup for restore purposes but for some reason I cannot in 2013.

I guess no one has any ideas, just another "new" bug in a 3 year old product. (Interface)

I cannot believe that they sell this crap to us. But we keep buying it because the potential of the software is great and every year we keep telling ourselves this is the year they will get it right. Maybe next year.

As I do not use this feature, I can't comment on how you should proceed with this problem. You would be better off contacting Acronis Support and opening a case for this issue. If it is indeed a problem with the software, Acronis staff would need to investigate the issue to be able to get it resolved.

Does it work if you add the cdp files rather than the TIB file?
