Can't find schedule of backup task after upgrade to 2011

Thread needs solution

It appears that some of my backup tasks are not running according to the schedule that was setup under version 11 after I upgraded to 2011.

where do I go in the UI to see the existing schedule for a backup task?

Launch the application, go to the main screen, you should see the "My Backups" list of the backups that 2011 manages.

If you don't see your backup there, create new ones. As usual, make sure you have a full system disk backup always handy, and a recovery disk you know is working to boot your computer on and browse to your disks and backups.
In particular, you will need a new recovery CD made by 2011 to recover your future 2011 images and/or your older v11 images.

I have always seen those, but for some reason, it lost the schedule, so I don't know if is still scheduled to run or when the next time to run is. I don't see some of the items that you can see. I wonder if I just need to kill them and recreate the backups.

- Thanks

In Operations, try "recreate backup settings", then schedule.

If this doesn't work:
- with windows explorer, copy all the TIB files you want to keep to another directory for safekeeping,
- from within ATI, delete your backups (not remove)
- go to c:\programdata\Acronis\TrueImageHome or c:\Documents And Settings\All Users\Application Data\Acronis\TrueImageHome
in Scripts, verify that the directory is empty
in Database, rename images.xml. images.old
- download the ACronis Schedmgr.exe, launch it from an elevated command prompt, type in GET LIST. The list should be empty, If not, type TASK ZAP.
- At this point, you have a clean slate to create the backup you need.
- recreate new backups and schedule them.
