Can't install True Image Home 2009, 2012 or 2013 on Windows 7

Thread needs solution

I've recently reinstalled Windows 7 64bit Ultimate to my system and have been trying to reinstall True Image. I downloaded the 2009 installer from my account which was in Dutch? so it won't work. I tried the 2012 installer and it gets to the end then does a rollback action and doesn't install. The 2013 version gives a snapman error when loading. Trying to find anything useful on the Acronis website is a standing joke. As these people won't support older software unless you have a maintenance contract (CON as in blackmail) what options are there to find out anything about this mess? I own 2009-2014 and nothing installs. I've tried them on 2 separate Win 7 systems with the same results. Both systems had 2012 on them until I reinstalled the OS from scratch.

This is the tail end of the install log and they all say the same thing on multiple attempts and both systems:

MT, welcome to these user forums.

ATIH 2010 through 2014 all support being installed on Windows 7 SP1 as documented by their relevant KB documents.

I would recommend using the Acronis Cleanup Tool - link in my signature below - run this as Administrator to ensure all residue for any Acronis products is cleaned from your system.  Restart your system to complete this action.

Then download the latest build version for ATIH 2014 from your account and install this as Administrator to see if it will then install correctly.  Note: You may need to disable any Security software prior to installing and disconnect from the network for safety whilst doing so.
