Can't mount NDAS device using rescue media boot disk

Thread needs solution

I created a True Image rescue media boot disk on a USB thumb drive. The drive boots my notebook fine. I want to be able to restore files or my hard disk from a ATI backup on my WD My Book Live Duo 4TB NAS drive. When I try to mount my NDAS drive inside your recue media software I am asked for a 20 digit NDAS ID. Where do I find such an ID? Why isn't it asking for a DNS address? I can't find it on my WD drive case or in Device Manager. I only want to use the drive in read mode. And where would I find the write key for my drive?

I have ATI 2015 Build 6613. Running Win 8.1 Pro.

Assuming the drive has a regular share with a user account and permissions, you should be able to map to it like you would from within windows using the hardware name and user password.  For instance, I have an ASUS AC1900 Router.  In Windows it shows up as AC-1900.

In Acronis bootable media, i can connect to it as follows:

\\AC-1900\     <enter>

It then prompts for credentails and I enter then as:

AC-1900\username        (enter the correct username for the share)

password = the actual password for the username supplied as the account.
