Can't Restore From Image With Acronis Enterprise 2010

I am trying to restore from an image that I created on an external hard drive with Acronis Enterprise 2010. This is a brand new hard drive that I have installed. I am running Windows 2003 Small Business Server.

When I try to restore from the image the machine says Analyzing Partition C and just restarts. It never finishes the restoration, just keeps restarting everytime. This machine was running a Raid 5.

Unfortunately due to the lack of sufficient diagnostic information it is difficult to identify the issue. Could you please specify:

  1. Exact version and build of the product you are using.
    Unfortunately I could find only Acronis True Image Home 2010 registered to your account, which is not compatible with Server OS platform
  2. Whether you are restoring from Windows or from CD (in case you are recovering the entire system you need to boot from the Bootable Media )
  3. Acronis Info from the machine in question
