Can't see any hard drives TI (2011)

Thread needs solution

I know I'm using an older version of TI, but I'm wondering what I need to do to get an M.2 drive to show up in Acronis?  Maybe I just need to update to the latest version of TI, but before I do that, I'd like some confirmation that TI 2016 will actually fix my issue.  I've seen various postings about M.2 drives not being recognized.  Any input would be appreciated!!!

You can try the 2016 trial version for confirmation.

However, you will need to  un-install 2011 but I would suggest that you run the TI Cleanup utility first.

Only one version of TrueImage can be installed at one time.

Keep the 2011 serial number handy if you decide to purchase 2016 and buy the lessor expensive upgrade version.

Windows 10 only supported by TrueImage 2015 and 2016.

Thank you for the response.  Sounds like a plan.  I couldn't find the cleanup utility you mentioned in in my TI 2011 "Tools" folder, do you have a location to download that?

Hi Robert,

you can find cleanup utility in this article: https://kb.acronis.com/aticleanup
