Can't see my user folder in mounted system image
I backed up a system image of my Windows Vista machine to an external hard drive with Acronis True Image Home 2010. I then did a clean install of Windows 7 Professional on the C Drive. I've now mounted my old drives with Acronis, but I can't see my user folder in the mounted image. I go to Users and there are just two folder: Default and Public.
I know the files are there though because when I explore the tib file on my external hard drive, I can see the folder there (I actually see 5 folders, including mine, within the User folder there).
I've already changed my machine's settings so that I can see hidden files. That didn't solve it.
I read that some people have had to mount the image as read/write and then change permissions to access the User folder. However, I can't even see the folder in the mounted drive.
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance.
